FAQ

  • What are your class limitations?
    We have a 14 person class cap. All members must register for their spot via their PushPress App.
  • When can I register/cancel my class spot?
    All members may register for their class spot 48 hours in advance. If there are no spots available, you will be placed on a waitlist. Members may cancel up to one hour prior to their workout time, except for our 5 am class, which requires a 12-hour notice. Once a cancellation is received, those on the waitlist will be notified of the opening. Failure to attend your reserved class will incur a $20 no-show fee. Failure to cancel within the allotted time will result in a late cancellation fee.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All recurring charges must have a Direct Debit/ACH bank account. Any card on file will incur a 4% flex fee Paid-in-full memberships can be paid with: - Cash - Credit Card - Check
  • May I place my membership on hold?
    You are able to put your membership on hold one time per calendar year for a maximum of two weeks. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your start and end hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments and restart them at the given time. Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms. Of course, we would love for you to come back and we'll be happy to discuss renewing your membership at any time. Please click HERE to submit a hold request.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
