What forms of payment do you accept?


All recurring charges must have a Direct Debit/ACH bank account on file. Paid in full memerships can be paid with: - Cash - Credit Card - Check




May I place my membership on hold?


You are able to put your membership on hold one time per calendar year for a maximum of two weeks. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your start and end hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments and restart them at the given time. Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms. Of course, we would love for you to come back and we'll be happy to discuss renewing your membership at any time. Please click HERE to submit a hold request.

What are your class limitations?


We currently have a 15 person class cap. All athletes must regesiter for their spot via their PushPress App.




When can I register/cancel my class spot?


All athletes may register for their class spot 48 hours in advance. If there are no spots avaialbe you will be placed on a waitlist. Athletes may cancel up to one hour prior to their workout time. Once a cancelation is recieved those on the waitlist will be notified of the opening. Please note faliure to attend your reserved class will result in a no show fee.
